You may have noticed that some of our Members have a 'Pink Provider' badge attached to their directory listing.

Pink Service Provider - i Care!

Our Pink Provider program is a voluntary commitment from participating Service Providers to offer lower cost or sometimes free services to Clients / Patients who have suffered a life threatening illness if the service being requested is associated with the illness.

The program is a recognition that serious life threatening illness such as cancer can affect any member of the community and sometimes illness can place a significant strain on the finances of the sufferer. CosmeticTattoo.org encourages all our members to become Pink Providers and become part of a global industry wide program that helps those in need as our way of giving back to our local communities.

All of our members run independent businesses and service rates differ from country to country so it would be difficult to set a one size fits all service fee that would be appropriate. However we also want our Pink Provider program to be as straightforward and transparent as possible.

Therefore we ask our Pink Providers to make the following two commitments;

* 1) If, a Client / Patient has suffered a serious life threatening illness, and the service that they are requesting is directly related to the illness, and they tell the Pink Provider at the time of making a booking.

A Pink Provider will charge a lower rate than their normal rate for the service. The lower rate will be at least 15% less than they would normally charge and may be up to 50% less at the discretion of the individual service provider.

CosmeticTattoo.org encourages our Pink Providers to dig deep and make the discount as large as they can afford to provide.

* 2) If, a Client / Patient has suffered a serious life threatening illness, and the service that they are requesting is directly related to the illness, and they tell the Pink Provider at the time of making a booking.

And if the client/patient is also suffering severe financial hardship.

A Pink Provider will provide the service free of charge.

NB. The Client / Patient may be requested to supply a letter from their local government welfare support office (e.g. disability/illness/pension authority) confirming that they are suffering financial hardship. This requirement is at the discretion of the service provider who will inform the Client / Patient at the time of booking if they need to supply a supporting letter.

* Services offered by our Pink Provider members are of course conditional on their capacity to support the number of requests received with the resources that they have available. It must be born in mind that many of our members operate single person businesses therefore their resources do have limits!

Put succinctly our members who are Pink Providers are caring professionals who will do their best to help those who have been unfortunate enough to suffer a serious life threatening illness.

Our Pink Provider moto has a little "i" and a large "C"
Pink Service Provider - i Care! - i Care!

We wish you good health.

Best Regards,

The Whole Team CosmeticTattoo.org

Until Paramedical Tattooing is either covered under medicare or covered by all insurance companies, providing cancer patience's with free services is a wonderful thing to do for others who are going through difficult times.
